No doctor’s referral is required. In Ontario, physiotherapists and chiropractors are primary contact practitioners, meaning you can schedule directly. A few private insurance plans may require a physician note for reimbursement, and our front desk will happily check your benefits for you.
How does direct billing to insurance work?expand_more
We bill directly to Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and most Ontario insurers. You simply provide your policy details at check-in, and we take care of the rest so you only pay any non-covered co-pay.
